You can choose your attitude and change your attitude. In other words, you are in charge of your own attitude. Most of the time it is easier said than done. Why is that? Your physical body connects with your mind, where attitude gets formed. Attitudes are judgements, habits and perceptions. We all know that habits and judgemental thoughts are hard to deal with, but it is completely possible to deal with them in a positive way, if you are ready to put in work. In order to get a positive attitude, you have to make it a habit. Your great attitude habit will naturally help you with unexpected life circumstances.
Do you notice your own attitude making a big impact on your mood? One day, I was really loving life. Despite the cold weather, sun was shining bright, many people walked around, I had earplugs in with uplifting music and smiled discreetly to myself. And then, when everything seemed quite perfect, I slipped on that icy road and almost fell really hard. You know the feeling when you get embarrassed because of the situations like that, it was one of these.
