Sunday Exploration

Wonderful readers,

Here we are again, yet another beautiful Sunday. Time does fly! Last Sunday, I wrote a post about my healthy orange smoothie and how I spent a lazy day indoors with tv shows and things like that. This Sunday I decided to do something different.

Today was beautiful weather, with blue sky, sun and 13 plus degrees celsius. Therefore, I decided to take a long walk to the places I have never been before. With other words – explore the city!

Exploration OOTD.

I have to tell you, it was so much fun. I discovered some pretty amazing places, where I could see part of panorama view of the city, also some smaller streets with old houses and really loud and beautiful waterfall. Also instead of smoothie I drank a bit too much delicious latte at my brothers place. No regrets!

I definitely recommend to explore the unknown streets, because it is the best way to find beautiful spots and places that should be visited by You! So let`s go!

Game of Thrones Travel Destinations

Wonderful readers,

Do we have any Game of Thrones fans here? I bet we have! As the season finale has passed our windows, I thought it would be awesome to look at some beautiful real life destinations all fans should visit. And not only fans, as these locations are very beautiful, even without seeing them in sentimental filming location spotlight.

I am actually not a big Game of Thrones fan, but I find it very fascinating and beautifully made both story and screening wise. Also around two years ago, I wrote an exam about one of the episodes at my University. I had to analyse it deeply and I still remember this experience as one of the most interesting and exciting. This show really has very special and epic vibe.

So let`s get inspired by these beautiful destinations! If you are currently planning your next trip, you should definitely look closer at this!

Split, Croatia

Try to trace the filming locations in Split, Croatia, while taking long walks in those narrow streets.

Dubrovnik, Croatia

It should be easier to trace the locations in Dubrovnik, since many scenes were filmed there. Here you can see King`s Landing, Old Town, Outside the Walls of Old Town and Baroque Stairs.

Northern Ireland

Take a walk in this beautiful path and feel the aura. This place is recognisable as the Kings Road.

Castle Ward was used for various of scenes featuring Stark Family. Castle Ward`s historic farmyard is the location of Winterfell in the series.

Azure Window, Malta

This beautiful Limestone rock formation arch is one of Malta`s most famous on the island of Gozo. It got even more famous after Game of Thrones used it as one of their filming locations. It was featured in season 1, episode 1.

Essaouira, Morocco

Season 3 was filmed in this historical coastal town, located two hours west of Marrakech. Sunny and sandy town of North Africa is definitely worth a visit.

Iceland

Extreme cold and spectacular landscapes were filmed in Iceland throughout all of their seasons. Iceland represents snow covered regions North of the Seven Kingdoms.
